This item has an IP rating of IP20; this is not suitable for bathrooms or wet rooms. It must be installed by a qualified electrician.

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return your item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in sellable condition—unused or unworn, with original tags intact.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the return postage costs to send the item back to our warehouse. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
