Shipping policy

At Pak Tao, we like to be transparent about our delivery charges. We don’t intend to make a profit from delivering orders to our customers, so we charge a fee for deliveries and returns, rather than increase product prices to cover these costs.

NOTE: MINIMUM ORDER IS REQUIRED FOR SOME OF THE PRODUCT

Shipping Information

All orders can enjoy free delivery.

For orders under £300, free delivery is available via collection from a DPD PickUp point within the UK Mainland, with collection available in 14 working days (please check your nearest DPD collection point).

Free home delivery is available on orders over £350, and all sofas and dining tables always include free home delivery.

For home delivery on orders under £350, we provide three options: Saver Delivery to your address in 14 working days for £3.99 (originally £8.99), Standard Delivery in 7 working days for £9.99 (originally £14.99), and Express Delivery in 4 working days for £29.99 (originally £34.99).

£10 Surcharge for delivery to Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Please note that all discounted delivery prices must be applied during checkout, and if any changes are made after checkout, the original delivery prices will apply.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, with tracking information available within 24-48 hours on the carrier’s website.

While we strive for timely deliveries, Pak Tao is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, though we only work with reliable providers.

Packaging & Returns
We ensure all items are securely packaged for safe transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for assistance with a replacement or refund. If delivery fails due to the recipient being unavailable, an additional charge will apply. In cases of returns or rejected deliveries, the return fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Two-Man Delivery Service
For each two-man delivery, your local delivery agent will contact you to arrange a suitable date and, for attended deliveries, provide a four-hour delivery window. Where specified, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Please note that assembly services and packaging removal are not included unless explicitly stated, though they can be provided upon request at an additional cost.

Additionally, Pak Tao is not responsible for any access fees imposed by the customer's building management or HOA, including but not limited to gate fees, dock fees, and elevator booking fees.
